Currently, I teach Predictive Analytics and have developed an interesting in Policy debates. I attempt to look at the claims made without reference to any particular ideology.
I have worked in some form of Education since 1976: teaching and research.
Worked in the computer industry and contracted my services from around 2006, with a couple stints working oversea
My Approach
I often find what is published lacks context and is political in nature attempting to under mind the other.
This does not get the society or economy very far.

Data and AI: I sometimes use AI tools, including ChatGPT, to help locate data, explore questions and test arguments. Where factual claims rely on external evidence, I endeavour to verify them against the original source, which I cite wherever practicable. AI is used as a research assistant, not as the source of the evidence. For the most part the writing, views and conclusions are mine.
